Connected to the stars outside. Given time to look back on past experiences and to be in a calmer headspace and less agitated about it, and acknowledging that the connection simply is, regardless of what it may mean, I'm calmer doing it, less easily distracted, and better able to "get back do it". Random noise or other lights in the sky like planes or satellites don't bother me as much, because its fine for the them to be what they are, too.
While sky watching tonight, I saw two flashes, not like a streak or an airplane light. They were disconnected by about a minute, possibly the phenomena waving hello after a length break getting ready to move. They were roughly as bright as the brightest stars in the sky, and only lasted a split second, and were roughly out of field of visions.
The other thing; being connected with the stars feels somewhat similar to being 100% attentive to and genuine towards and open with a person, in terms of what I am putting out toward the stars.
After I had finished connecting, I also saw a presumed shooting star.
